  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Shopping on LumiereSG is safe, fast and convenient. To make life easier, we accept a number of secure payment methods designed to be completely safe and friendly. When you shop at LumiereSG, your privacy and online security are always guaranteed. PayPal LumiereSG primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. Through PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and bank transfer (debit card). PayPal Credit: US Customers can pay now or pay over time (for orders up to $99). Enjoy interest-free payments if paid in full in 6 months; approval process is fast, with no annual fees. Secure Credit Card payment We can also accept Credit Card payment using Mastercard or Visa. For any payment queries, our support term is always happy to help you and to work together to resolve any issues. PayNow / PayLah! (Singapore only) Please contact us at +65 91722877 if you would like to make payment via bank transfer.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Shipping will take 2-4 weeks for the following countries: Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan and Thailand. Delivery may take up to six weeks to Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russian Federation, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States. Please note that delivery to Jordan, India and United Arab Emirates is not available. The above timeframes are not guaranteed and delays may occur beyond our control.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from the distributor with your tracking number. You will usually get your tracking email within five business days of placing your order. You can then track your order online at https://lumieresg.aftership.com If you haven't received an email after 5 business days, please click the 'Contact Us' button below and we'll assist you with tracking your purchase. Please note that tracking is not available to Pakistan, Romania and Vietnam.
  • Can I change my delivery address?
    If you have incorrectly entered the nominated delivery address on your order, please email us within one hour of placing your order to ensure we can change the delivery address accordingly.
  • Do you provide light installation services?
    Yes! If you are residing in Singapore, we are happy to arrange light installation services for you from our trusted service providers. Please contact us via Whatsapp at +65 9172 2877 for accurate and transparent pricing quotations (S$80 onwards for new points).
