Shipping Policy

LumiereSG works with manufacturers across the world to source the best quality lighting solutions at the most affordable prices. 

This results in all our orders being shipped to you from across the world - from UK and China to Morocco. However, we do ensure we can track our orders for your extra peace of mind.

Because your products are coming from different regions, they often take 2-4 weeks to arrive. 

 

However, this does mean that we provide free international shipping to most countries, so you can shop with us wherever you are.

 

If you would like to check the delivery time and cost for your country, do drop us an email with the product that you are interested in and the region that you live in. We would be happy to assist you.

Taxes & Custom Fees

All prices are tax-free, however, your package may be subject to different charges when it arrives at the country of destination.

These fees must be paid by the recipient and are the customer's responsibility. We have no control over taxation and cannot predict its amount or particular application.

Please contact the customs office in your country for more information. Please note that some local carriers might charge additional fees when perceiving VAT and custom duty such as brokerage fees.

International Shipping

Shipping usually takes 2-4 weeks to the following countries: Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan and Thailand.

 

Delivery may take up to six weeks to Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russian Federation, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States.

 

Please note that delivery to Jordan, India and United Arab Emirates is not available.

Most of the time our product will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to be aware this is out of our control. Delays in deliveries may occur due to the global Covid-19 outbreak. However, rest assured that we will do our best to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from the distributor with your tracking number. You will usually get your tracking email within five business days of placing your order.

 

You can then track your order online at

If you haven't received an email after 5 business days, please click the 'Contact Us' button below and we'll assist you with tracking your purchase. 

 

Please note that tracking is not available to Pakistan, Romania, and Vietnam.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return a damaged or faulty item from the date you receive it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address returns and exchanges for orders on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Return Shipping Cost

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to exchange your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Change of Address

If you have incorrectly entered the nominated delivery address on your order, please email us on the day of placing your order to change the delivery address.
